Feature Enhancements
Enable Showing Settings Email by Default
With the introduction of the Showing Settings enhancement, a weekly email notification
was created to serve as a secondary touchpoint to inform agents about listings that
were missing access instructions. To increase the impact, the email notification will be toggled
to ON as default for existing and new accounts.
Update Default Minimum Showing Notice Value
This enhancement aims to increase the number of successful showings by updating the minimum showing notice system default. The change will apply to listings and agents who have the system default value of 0 hours and 0 minutes. They will be adjusted to 1 hour to reduce the number of showings that pass without any activity.
Bug Fixes
Deleting Lockboxes from the Lockbox Management Screen
Lockbox entries were not being deleted despite the Delete action being clicked on. A fix was released on May 22 to ensure users can delete their lockbox entries without issues for reassignment to new listings.
Adding/Assigning SentriLock Lockboxes
When attempting to sync their SentriLock lockboxes, select users of TRREB (those with
PKAR SentriLock IDs) were being met with “No Lock Boxes found for user”. Issues with
the SentriLock credentials was identified and a script was run on May 22 to update.
Embedding Link URLs to Draft and Scheduled Announcements
The Send Announcement feature’s Draft Announcement and Scheduled Announcement
functionality faced issues retaining embedded links. Once embedded, links will no
longer be cleared and will be present when editing in a future session. Once an
announcement has been delivered, recipients will be able to open links without issues.
Displaying Days on Market Values
As part of listing details, the My Brokerage page includes a DOM (Days on Market)
column. However, this column began to show empty values. This has been corrected,
and users can expect to see the DOM value with the upcoming release
