Feature Enhancements
Notifications of Incomplete Access Instructions
Incomplete Access Instructions email notifications were causing frustration by being
enabled for users who hadn't claimed their accounts or weren't planning to use
BrokerBay. This feature has been enhanced so that by default, email notifications will be
disabled for unclaimed accounts. Email notifications will remain enabled by default
for claimed accounts. Notifications will adjust automatically if a user’s status changes.
Managing Manually Created Custom Contacts
Previous enhancements related to pre-approved non-agent custom contacts impacted
existing edit and delete functionality of manually created custom contacts. Fixes have
been implemented to allow MLS Staff (by assuming the brokerage) and answering
service users to manage (edit or delete) manually created agent and non-agent custom
contacts through their respective portals or pages.
