Feature Enhancements
Agent Dashboard Update
As part of improvements aimed at enhancing discoverability and optimizing agents'
listing search experience, we’ve updated the placeholder texts in the Agent Dashboard
cards on both the web and mobile app platforms to better guide users in initiating key
workflows like searching for a listing and requesting a showing.
Listing Search Experience Update
Another improvement aimed at enhancing discoverability and optimizing agents’ listing
search experience is the update to the dashboard’s information architecture, which
better highlights and improves access to listing searches and key actions, such as
requesting showings.
NAR Settlement - Buyer Agreement Enhancements
As a result of the NAR settlement, buyer agents must have buyer agreements with their
clients before touring properties.
To comply, a checkbox has been added on the booking page (both external and internal
dashboards) and the create/edit tours page for agents to confirm that they have a
written buyer agreement with the client.
The checkbox will state: "I affirm that the prospective buyer(s) associated with this
showing event or tour has (or will have) a written buyer agreement with the showing
broker prior to the showing event or tour.”
When trying to proceed without selecting the checkbox, the agent will be met with a
Written buyer agreement required popup.
Note: The backend system will be able to enable or disable this functionality on an
individual association and/or MLS level. Only select marketplaces will have this
functionality enabled.
Exclude Non-Photo Files
We currently accept and display file types contained within the IMG tag during photo
uploads, including APNG, AVIF, GIF, JPEG, PNG, SVG, and WebP. When users upload
file types outside of the accepted list, an empty image is displayed on both the web and
mobile app platforms.
An enhancement has been made to remove the empty images in the listing photos
section when file types outside the currently accepted list are pulled in through the feed.
Master Lock Bluetooth Access Timeframe (MIBOR)
MIBOR’s Bluetooth access timeframe has been updated to 15 minutes. Consequently,
Master Lock lockboxes within MIBOR will now be accessible only for up to 15 minutes
before and after the scheduled showing, rather than up to 4 hours.
Adjustment for Withdrawn Listings
Withdrawn listings had been categorized as Active within the platform. The backend
code has been adjusted so that they are now categorized as an inactive listing
availability.
(Mobile App) Remove Supra as a Lockbox Vendor from Add Lockbox Flow
When accessing the Lockboxes page in the mobile app in order to add a lockbox
manually, Supra shows as a lockbox vendor, which was shared to create confusion for
users. Considering that Supra lockboxes cannot be added manually and the
inconsistency with the web platform where it does not appear, it has been removed.
Bug Fixes
Updating Tasks Card in Agent Dashboard
A report of a Document Rejected task remaining for an agent in their dashboard, even
after uploading a replacement was investigated. The logic for the Tasks search index in
the backend has been fixed to ensure the removal of any existing rejected document
tasks that are no longer valid.
