Feature Enhancements
Visibility of Buyer Agent’s Commission Field and Brokerage Remarks Field
In line with National Association of Realtors (NAR) settlements, we’ve made further
adjustments to the platform; enabling the Buyer Agent’s Commission field to be
removed from view and making the Brokerage Remarks field a read-only field. This
visibility change will be managed through our backend environment on an association to
MLS level.
Incomplete Access Instructions - Land Listings
Land listings that mainly do not require additional access configurations are currently
included within the weekly Incomplete Access Instructions notification sent to agents,
which are also visible as part of the Actions Required section of the Agent Dashboard.
To reduce unnecessary notifications to agents, the Access Type will be defaulted to
Direct for new Land listings that are not configured.
Time Change Confirmation Email
When a time change to an appointment is confirmed, the confirmation email only
displays the new time and/or date without indicating that a change has occurred.
This was shared to cause confusion for listing contacts mistaking these time change
confirmations as new appointments. The email notifications for confirmed time changes
have been redesigned to state the change more clearly.
Live Concierge Service’s Central Showing Queue
Showings associated with an agent or brokerage that did not have Live Concierge
Service (only subscribed to Appointment Desk) were appearing in the Central Showing
Queue, requiring additional efforts from our Live Concierge Service team to action
appointments. The issue with the backend search of appointments has been resolved.
