Release My Mobile Number Toggle and Showing Notifications
The “Release my mobile number” toggle selection (Account Settings) had experienced
problems applying correctly to showing notifications. Users previously needed to
manually reset the toggle by turning it ON and OFF to resolve the issue.
The incorrectly displayed number of members within a team when engaging the Chat
Reports of SMS notifications not adhering to users' selected toggle preferences were
also investigated.
The issue has been identified in the backend, and with this upcoming release, users can
expect their selection to be accurately reflected in both email and SMS notifications.
Incorrect Display of Team Member Count in Chat
The incorrectly displayed number of members within a team when engaging the Chat
tool was affecting the ability to send messages.
This issue specifically impacted teams that were incorrectly displayed as having more
than 20 users (existing logic prompts the use of the Send Announcement tool when a
chat’s recipient list exceeds 20 users).
With the upcoming release, the displayed number of members within a team will be
corrected, allowing users to send messages with the Chat tool without issues.
