Feature Enhancements
Error Message Update for Showing Settings Modal
The showing settings modal, designed to assist agents in configuring their listings to
help ensure that showings are not missed, previously displayed an error message when
attempting to save without selecting a lockbox. The original error message read: “Enter
[Access type] Lockbox instructions.”
To enhance clarity, this error message has been updated to: “Select a lockbox."
Re-Enable U.S. Admins to Create Users
After further review of use cases which were assessed to require the capability to
manually add users, the ability to create using the + Add User button on the Manage
Users page has been reinstated for both the U.S. Global Admin role (i.e., Owner,
Manager, Global Admin) and the U.S. Branch Admin role.
Final Walkthrough Showing Type
The Final Walkthrough showing type is one that has been available for booking on
listings to accommodate closing situations. However, this showing type was not included
in the dropdown options for Active listings. This addition ensures consistency in the
showing types available across the platform.
Full Removal of COVID-19 Features and Data
Following the removal of COVID-19 features for end users earlier this year, this release
fully concludes the process with final backend adjustments and the removal of all
COVID-19 related form data.
Bug Fixes
Logo Upload for MLS & Association Staff Organizations
Fixes have been implemented to ensure that logos can be added from the backend
when the onboarding team creates new MLS and Association Staff organizations.
Inconsistent Access Types in Mobile App Showing Settings Modal
Inconsistencies were identified in the available Access types within the showing settings
modal between the web and mobile applications. A fix has been implemented to ensure
consistency across the platform.
