Feature Enhancements 

Updates to Dashboard's Listings Card

Listings Card Default Display

Previously the dashboard’s 'Listings' card would display a maximum of 10 listings
in order of latest feed update inclusive of both active and inactive listings.

To ensure the most relevant listings are easier to access for agents, the 'Listings' card
has been adjusted to display only listings with availability of New, Sold, Conditionally,
Leased Conditionally, Show for Backups, Price Change, Deal Fell Through, and pending. 

Dynamic Availability Dropdown
The 'Availability' dropdown has been enhanced to be dynamic. Prior to the change,
agents may have needed to manually filter by selecting/deselecting through all existing
availability options.

To make relevant listings more accessible and with minimal manual action required, the 
dynamic dropdown ensures only the availabilities applicable to the agent' active listings
populate.

Status Filter

The 'Status' dropdown has been relocated and replaced with a filter icon. Previously
hosted next to the 'Availability' dropdown, this change distinguishes the unique options,
while placing the 'Availability' dropdown as the forefront option reflecting its value as the
primary filtering option used by agents.


Pre-Booking Information Visibility (VREB & VIREB)

The ‘Pre-Booking Information’ feature which displays any additional information about
the listing in a modal when anyone clicks the ‘Request Showing’ button has undergone
changes to enable the same notice to appear when answering service and/or MLS staff
click on the ‘Schedule’ button through the universal search bar.


Removal of Information Request Showing Type

First released as part of web version 3.101 and mobile version 1.68, the ‘Information
Request’ showing type was introduced as a means for agents to receive property
notifications without booking a ‘Buyer/Broker’ showing.

With a more robust ‘Property Notifications’ enhancement released across web versions
3.103/3.104 and mobile versions 1.70/1.71 enabling agents to subscribe and be notified
of Property Announcements, Status Changes, and Price Changes, the 'Information
Request' showing type proven no longer needed, will be removed.



Performance Improvements

Navigating through Team Showings

Team Admins had reported being unable to navigate and view all team showings
through the available pages (20 showings per page). Clicking to the next page would
not accurately update, generating the first page’s set of results. The 'My Team -
Showings' pagination has been corrected to display the appropriate set of showings.


Filtering Team Showings

Select Team Admins reported issues of past showings not appearing when filtering by a
specific date. Adjustments have been made to correct this functionality, and results will
accurately reflect the date range selected.


Accessing Brokerage Files and Documents

While Global Admin, Branch Admin, Manager, and Owner role types experienced no
issues, Agent and Team Admin users reported no assets appearing when attempting to
access brokerage files and documents via the folder icon. Fixes have been made to
ensure the necessary files and documents appear for all role types.
