The MIBOR BLC Showing Ecosystem powered by BrokerBay has launched! BrokerBay is a next generation showing management ecosystem and one of the fastest growing showing management companies in North America. If your brokerage has onboarded with BrokerBay, you will now see the BrokerBay booking icon and contact information on your listings in the BLC, as well as access to the BrokerBay full suite of tools from the BLC Dashboard.

Managing brokers can choose to complement the showing management ecosystem by purchasing BrokerBay's Live Concierge service. This is an additional layer of service that allows agents to engage BrokerBay to have their appointments with sellers scheduled by a dedicated BrokerBay specialist. This service is an optional feature, not needed to experience full functionality of the platform.
