What do I do if my lockbox is lost or stolen?

The audit logs in the Master Lock Vault Enterprise platform will show the accesses to the electronic lock box made by Bluetooth connection (mobile app usage), and the GPS included in the log includes the location of the device at the time of access.  There is no internal tracking of the location of the lock box hardware.

Once a lock box has been registered to a user account, it cannot be registered to another account without the original owner first removing it from their list. This means if in the event it was stolen, no one would be able to utilize that lockbox without proper authorization.

Once received from MIBOR, the electronic lock box is the property of the agent/owner. Master Lock's one-year warranty will cover mechanical or physical defects but does not compensate for loss or theft.
