What does Overnight Notice Required mean in BrokerBay?

By selecting 'Overnight Notice Required' this prevents Showing Agents from booking a showing on the property within the following 24 hours, giving the Listing Agent/the Listing Contacts additional notice before the showing actually occurs.

Showings populate in the Centralized queue (that the Live Appointment Desk works out of) based on time priority - so a showing with more notice (i.e. 24 hours) will be actioned after a showing with less notice (i.e. 2 hours).
