Why can the Seller see the Showing Agent name in Broker Bay?

Showing confirmations sent to Sellers display the Showing Agent and brokerage representing the buyer entering the homeowner’s property. While contact information (email, phone) should not be part of the Seller confirmation, transparency regarding the agent name and brokerage display is within industry best practices. This is a known difference in this platform intended to adhere to professional standards within the real estate industry.
