If more than an hour is required, a Custom Duration option is available once the appointment time has been selected. You may also use the Appointment by Phone service by dialing (317) 218-0600 then select option 1 to schedule your showing by phone.
Will the showing schedule depict when the property is available if overlaps are not allowed?
When overlaps are not allowed, overlapping time will show as unavailable
Can showings overlap?
This depends on the showing configuration. When permitted, you can schedule an Overlapping Showing by simply selecting the desired time from within the calendar.
Are we able to see available times for a property prior to setting up a showing?
Yes, this information will show in the list of times on the right side of the screen. Times marked in red are unavailable for scheduling.
Once a showing is confirmed or denied, will it disappear from Tasks?
Yes, by design, only open Tasks show within this section of the application.
If the seller reschedules the time of a showing, what does the showing agent receive?
When this occurs, the showing agent will receive a change request and can then confirm, deny, or go back into the platform to reschedule.
Do administrative staff members need to confirm showings?
This is a decision that is made by each brokerage independently. When needed, requiring administrative staff to confirm showings is an option that can be configured at the brokerage level.
