05.09.2025 BrokerBay Service Impact Resolved
The issues affecting members' ability to assign MasterLock boxes to listing configurations in the BrokerBay platform have been resolved. The MIBOR BLC support team worked with our partner vendor, who isolated the cause of the issue to a restriction in the code that was accidentally deployed during their last release on April 28.
This also created problems with the ability for first sellers, then agents to be able to confirm showing appointments.
On the afternoon of May 9th, the BrokerBay engineers released new code to correct the errors. The MIBOR BLC support team tested and confirmed the system is now working as expected.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption this has caused to our members' business, and to their clients. We will be putting measures in place with our partner to prevent future occurrences.
