We are aware of a newly reported issue that is preventing assignment of a MasterLock Lock Box to a listing's showing configurations. The BrokerBay team is actively investigating this.

If you are experiencing this problem, please contact the Help Desk [How to Contact MIBOR's Help Desk] and the support team will be able to save the lock box to the listing on your behalf.
