BrokerBay Concierge Service-Billing

BrokerBay Live Concierge Service is a subscription at the brokerage level, with a credit card required to be filed upon registration of the subscription. The credit card on file is charged for the number of listings opted in for the LCS for that month.
If you wish to continue using the LCS, no action is required on your part. The LCS will continue to schedule and deliver showings updates with clients and brokers by phone. Please note that fees for this service are based on the number of listings you have subscribed to.
  1. For information on pricing: Login to BrokerBay > View Live Concierge Service.

If you no longer wish to use the LCS, simply unsubscribe from this service:

  1. Login to BrokerBay > View Live Concierge Service > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription.

If you cancel your subscription to the LCS, the Call Center will still schedule showings on your listings, as this is a core service that is covered by MIBOR.
