Temporary codes are only valid on the selected date and time frame. After the access window has passed, the temporary code will no longer be active. The temporary codes are automatically generated and do not require listing agents to visit the lock box to update the code.
Generating a Temporary Code:
- Login to the Vault Enterprise app or website and tap on your preferred lock box
- On the lock box settings screen, click the “Temporary Code” button, select the access time and date, and enter notes
- Tap the “Get Code” button
- The temporary code has been generated and is displayed on screen which can be copied and shared
