Erroneous Duplicate Sale Entries

When needed, be sure to only change one BLC# to Sold when a single listing is entered with multiple BLC#s or in multiple property types. Any additional BLC#s should be changed to Released status. Changing multiple entries of the same property to Sold will skew Sold data in the BLC.
