FHA Certified Condominiums

When you are entering a listing in the BLC service, there is a required field that will address FHA certification.  You can verify if the listing is eligible for FHA financing by visiting the
Court House Retrieval System (CRS) tax database.  You can run a search within the CRS system CRS Data Performing A Simple Property Search

Enter the address, owner name, or parcel ID in the search field and hit submit.

Once the property record loads, navigate to the Property Summary section.  Look for the Search FHA Condos:  Use Link under "More Resources"

The link Search FHA Condos: Use Link under "More Resources" will take you to the https://www.hud.gov/hud-partners/single-family-ins-condominiums page.  Scroll down to
the More Resources section and select the Search For FHA-approved Condos by Location, Name, or Status  link.

You will be routed to the https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm website.  Plug in any information that you have available and hit the Send button at the bottom.
