If something contractual happens to delay the on-market anticipated date, the On Market Date can be
extended until such time the Sellers are ready to go Active. A listing cannot return to Pre-Market after
the initial period. There are multiple ways to update the on-market date for a pre-market listing.
Option A:
Hover over Listings then select View/Manage My Listings & Transactions
Click on the menu on the left hand side and select the drop down caret. Select Pre-Market. This will display all of your
listings that are in a Pre-Market status.
Once you have identified the correct listing, navigate along that same row and click on the pencil on the far right.
A pop-up menu will display. Select Extend the On Market Date
Next update the On Market Date by typing the date in or by clicking on the calendar. Select Save Changes after the date is entered.
Option B:
Hover over Listings then select Extend On Market Date:
Type or copy and paste the Listing ID into the dedicated space, then hit Submit
Next update the On Market Date by typing the date in or by clicking on the calendar. Select Save Changes after the date is entered.
