How Do I Log Into ZipForms?

IAR attorneys have ALWAYS drafted your Indiana forms. The following forms access products will be part of your IAR membership regardless of whether you are a primary or secondary member with us: 

·         zipForm® Plus – transaction management and document storage software 

·         zipLogix Digital Ink® – electronic signature solution 

·         zipForm® Mobile – manage transactions on-the-go 


To log into ZipForms, you must first establish an account through your IAR membership profile at www.indianarealtors.com.


After logging in, go to the Legal menu and choose "Forms."


Once your login has been created, you can easily access your ZipForms account on the MIBOR Central dashboard or within connectBLC from the Forms menu:
