How do I setup a Master Lock lockbox within BrokerBay? (Web Browser)
To setup a Master Lock lock box within BrokerBay simply follow these steps.
1) In Master Lock Vault Enterprise, click on the name of the lock box you wish to add to your BrokerBay listing. Check the bottom of the lock box to ensure that the device ID matches.
2) You will see a Purchased Upgrades area. In this section you will see the BrokerBay logo with a Sharing Code next to it. Copy the
sharing code.
3) Log in to your account in BrokerBay and select Lockboxes on the left hand side menu.
4) Select the + New Lock Box button in the top right corner.
5) Dropdown the “Brand” menu to select Master Lock.
If you are an administrator and wish to assign this lockbox to a particular agent, you can select them from the “Assign to agent” dropdown menu. Otherwise, you can skip this area. For “Serial #”, enter the Device ID found on the bottom of the lockbox, in the Lock Details in Vault, on the cardboard box the lockbox was stored in, and/or on the information card used during registration. Then, paste the Sharing Code into the last box and click Save.
Your Master Lock lock box is now entered into BrokerBay and can be applied to a listing.
