How do I share a Master Lock lockbox within BrokerBay?
Once a member purchases a Master Lock lock box from the MIBOR Realtor store, they will need to share the lock box from Master Lock to the BrokerBay showing solution. The sharing code can be found in the app version or the web browser version of Master Lock.
To retrieve the sharing code from the Master Lock App:
1. In the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app, tap on the desired lock box serial ID (the serial number will be located on the bottom right of the lock box)
2. Select "About This Lock".
3. Next, select "Upgrades"
4. Copy the sharing code to your devices clipboard or write the sharing code down
To retrieve the sharing code from the Master Lock Vault Enterprise web browser:
1. In the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app, click on the desired lock box serial ID or name of the box (the serial number will be located on the bottom right of the lock box)
2. Under the "Purchased Links" area, you will see the BrokerBay logo with a "Sharing Code" next to it. Copy the sharing code to your devices clipboard or write the sharing code down.
Sharing the lock box to BrokerBay
1. In the BrokerBay showing solution, you will click on your initials or your photo in the upper right hand corner.
2. Select "Lockboxes"
3. Click on the + sign in the upper right corner to add the lock box.
4. Select Master lock as the lock box provider
5. Enter the device ID and the sharing code in the designated locations, then select the "Save" button.
Once the lock box has been "shared" to your BrokerBay account, you can add the lock box to the showing configuration for your listing. See the link below:
