How To Enter A Listing With Multiple Parcels

A listing contract may include the sale of more than one parcel. If multiple

parcels are included in the sale, navigate to the Tax section of the edit

screen. Locate the Additional Parcels Yes/No field and select "Yes". Next,

add the additional Tax ID in the Additional Parcels Description field.

If there is more than one additional parcel, separate the ID's with a comma.

The total Semi Annual Property Tax Amount should also be included in the

corresponding field.

Note: The acreage may be updated within the Lot/Land section of the edit screen.

In the Lot Size SqFt. and Lot Size Acres field, the total amount of acreage should be

added. If the data was imported from the CRS Tax, click on the

icon and

manually type in the Lot Size SqFt. and Lot Size Acres.

It is also a best practice to add additional language in Private Remarks (Agent to Agent Remarks)

to communicate the increased calculations for the Lot size SqFt. and Acreage totals for

transparency purposes.
