How To: Locate Tax Information in the BLC

From My BLC home page:

1. Click the Public Records icon from the shortcut bar. It is the globe; when you hover over, it will read "Tax."


2. From here, you can perform a Simple Property Search.

From a Listing:

1. Open the Additional Info menu, if not already pinned to the page.


2. Click on the Report type of your choice.


From the Map:

1. Locate the listing and/or subject property. You can do this via the Smart Bar, Center On map tool, and/or Search module.


2. Zoom in far enough to view gray property lines; this is the Tax Layer, and it is applied to the map by default.


3. Click on the property for which you'd like to view the Tax Report and select provided link.
