Interacting With Your CMA Online Presentation
Navigation
The following items are available from the top of the CMA Online Presentation:
• Brokerage/BLC Logo- select to return to the title page
• Agent Headshot & Name
• Jump To Menu- select to navigate to different sections of the presentation
• Previous/Next- select to navigate through pages within the presentation (where applicable)
Home
The following items are available from the Home section of the CMA Online Presentation:
• Subject Property Photo (or stock photo if a Subject Property photo has not been added to CMA)
• Client Name (if provided)
• Subject Property Address (if provided)
• Clickable List of Included Sections
My Agent
The following items are available from the My Agent section of the CMA Online Presentation
• Agent Name
• Agent Title (if provided in the Title section of the Resume/Bio available from the Settings page)
• Agent Highlights (if provided in the Highlights section of the Resume/Bio available from the
Settings page)
• Agent Resume/Bio (if provided in the Paragraph(s) section of the Resume/Bio available from the
Settings page)
• Agent Photo (if uploaded from the Settings page & selected to display from Resume/Bio page)
• Contact Button- links to Contact page of the presentation
Comparables
The following items are available from the Comparables section of the CMA Online Presentation:
Averages/Stats
The following items are available from the Averages/Stats section of the CMA Online Presentation:
• Statistics
o Including:
▪ Average SqFt
▪ Average Lot SqFt
▪ Average Days on Market
▪ Average $/SqFt
▪ Sold Price- bar chart (when applicable)
o Statistics are displayed by Status
o Select a Status from the top to view the relevant Statistics
o Additional Statistics shown in a table view are available at the bottom of the section
o Statistics displayed may vary based on the Property Type
Average Price/SqFt
The following items are available from the Average Price/SqFt section of the CMA Online Presentation:
• Average Price/SqFt
• Chart Displaying Individual Price/SqFT for the Subject Property & all Comparables
o Sorted & color-coded by Status
o Dynamically displayed
