How To Create A CMA Online Presentation

Upon creating a CMA in connectBLC, the report can be shared via two different formats:
      1.      Detailed Custom Report- existing format
                     •      Optimized for printed/PDF delivery (not mobile-friendly)
                     •      Features advanced customization options (report themes, ability to reorganize sections,
edit individual section settings, add new sections, etc.)

      2.      Online Default Presentation- new format
                     •      Optimized for digital delivery (mobile-friendly) while also providing the ability to deliver
                             via printed document/PDF.
                     •       Features a dynamic, interactive means of engaging with the report with basic
customization options (ability to include/exclude available sections).

All data included in the CMA (Comparables, Subject Property, Comps. Adjustments, etc.) can be refined &
customized by the Agent from the existing CMA module & will be applied to either format selected,
where applicable. Both formats are available for all existing & new CMAs.

*Note: Leased listings will only be displayed in the Detailed Custom Report.
