Office Exclusive Listings

Office Exclusive Listing Definition  a. Seller(s) requires privacy and therefore requires their property to be submitted to the service as an Office Exclusive Listing with full understanding of the prohibition of public marketing, of any kind.

When a listing is entered as Office Exclusive in the BLC, the listing will be limited to the Listing Agent(s), Listing Office Admin and Broker, and BLC Staff. At the seller(s) discretion, the listing agent may advertise within their office through methods outside the BLC listing service.

If the listing is shared publicly by the listing agent, any other agent within the office, or the seller, the listing must be updated to Active in the BLC within one (1) business day to allow cooperation with all BLC subscribers.
