Public Remarks (Property Description)

Members can utilize Public Remarks remarks in the following ways:
  1. To provide a description of the listed property. 
  2. Provide characteristics and features of the property 
  3. Include amenities within the community 
  4. Present allowances that the seller is offering such as replacements, repairs, or buy downs, however, the specific dollar amount may NOT be included in the language used.
                 Acceptable Examples are:
                  Seller will consider repair allowances with an acceptable offer.
                  Seller will consider carpet replacement or allowance.
                  Seller is offering a rate buydown.

IMPORTANT:  Please see the link below containing the information that is permissible to place in the private remarks.  


The maximum number of characters entered into the public remarks are limited to 2000.
