At the top of the results page is a toolbar that includes both the CMA Summary Report and Start New CMA buttons.

The CMA Summary Report button, a.k.a the Quick CMA button, will use all of the results listed to generate statistics and charts. You do NOT need to use the checkboxes to select which listings you'd like to use in the report; however, you are able to do so if you'd like. Note that you can also adjust which listings you are using from within the quick CMA customizations. For more information on how to use the Quick CMA tool,

The Start New CMA button will let you choose whether you'd like to use the selected listings to start a new CMA or if you'd like to add them to an existing one. You DO need to use the checkboxes to select which listings you'd like to use in the report; however, you are able to add more comps in the report later via the Comparables tab in the CMA module.
