Side-By-Side (3-Up) Comparison Report

When running a search in the listing service, the results data can be viewed in several different ways.

The Side-by-Side (3-Up) Comparison Report display gives agents the opportunity to view similar

listings prior to Printing Listing Reports or adding them to a CMA report.

Option A:

Run the search within the BLC service. Once you get to the results grid/list, Place a check mark next

to the listings that you'd like to compare. Click on the

icon to immediately view the report.

Option B:

You can also click on the

icon to view the available displays.

Select the 3-Up-Comparison Report along with any other displays. Click on the Preview, Print, or Save as PDF option at the top right.

The 3-Up report will display up to 3 properties per page.
