Smart Photo Upload Feature
When adding or editing a listing within connectBLC, a Smart Photo Upload option is available that leverages AI to suggest photo titles and/or captions for uploaded images. The feature is available for all new listings and can also be applied to existing listings or drafts with photos. Suggestions will automatically be applied to the uploaded photos (when applicable), but the List Agent can delete any unwanted suggestions or manually edit the title and/or captions afterward.
When you access a draft listing in the BLC service, a pop-up window will appear to promote the Smart Photo upload feature. You can choose to select Don’t Show This Again, Remind Me Later, or Upload Photos Now. The Upload Photos Now option will take you directly to the add/manage photos portion of the edit screen.
Select Choose File to Upload.
Once your photos are uploaded, a pop-up message will explain how the Smart Photo feature works. You can choose Continue to use the feature or select the Cancel button to manually select the room type/title and write your own captions. If you select Continue, you can select which items you'd like the Smart Photo feature to consider when auto generating the captions.
The page will refresh and the auto generated titles and captions will appear next to each photo.
You can select
the eraser to make a change to the room type.
For example; All of the room types that are available are based upon RESO- Real Estate Standards Organization. You can specify the type of bathroom by scrolling through the room type options and select which bathroom should be captioned as the primary bathroom.
You can also click on the captions in order to add or omit additional language. The number of remaining characters will also display on the right.
Once you are satisfied with your changes, click the Save Changes & Review Features button on the top left of the screen.
You will be directed to an additional screen that will permit the data from the images to populate data into the listing for your convenience. If the information looks correct, select Populate Selected Data.
You can alternatively choose to omit this functionality by selecting Skip.
Note:
If you selected Cancel to refrain from using the Smart Photo feature, you can go access the Smart Photo feature by clicking on the Autofill fields using Smart Photo Upload at the top left of the edit screen menu. This can also be accessed from the media section. Select Image Recognition to continue.
