Syndication Options

Syndication allows for listing data distribution to third-party websites that have a partnership established with MIBOR with data usage rules in place to protect the source information provided by the Realtor entering the listing. Partnerships are in place for MIBOR.com, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and for Lease listings Apartments.com and Zillow Rental Manager (separate agreement required by brokerage). Bear in mind that not all websites display all property types.
You can edit syndication settings for a listing in the Media section of the Add/Edit module. 



Note: The last four options for syndication will NOT appear if the answer to Internet Entire Listing Display Yes/No is "NO" and you will receive this message:



1. Syndicate To: Where would you like this listing to syndicate?



2. Internet Entire Listing Display Yes/No: Do you want the entirety of this listing report to be displayed to consumers?

3. Internet Address Display Yes/No: Do you want the entirety of this listing's address to be displayed to consumers?

4. Property Description on Internet: Do you want the entirety of this listing's property description to be displayed to consumers?

5. Internet Consumer Comment Yes/No: Do you want consumers to be able to leave comments about this listing on syndicated sites?

6. Internet Automated Valuation Display Yes/No: Do you want syndicated sites to be able to display their own automated valuation for this listing?
