BrokerBay Web v3.76

Feature Enhancements:

  • (Print Buyer Showings) Agents are able to print buyer showings and select whether to include or exclude lockbox codes.
  • (HMLS Analytics) Showing Insights page’s Date filter to leverage a <confirmed showing start time> parameter when generating showing activity

Bug Fixes:

  • (Listing Status Updates) Price Change updates to not interfere with listings’ Availability status updates when both are received simultaneously from MLS feeds
  • (Showing Notifications) Overlapping time slot notifications to not impact cancelled showings

 

BrokerBay Mobile v1.43

Feature Enhancements:

  • (Book Showings) Backend audit and adjustments implemented to improve agents' book showing mobile app workflow performance.

Bug Fixes

  • (Account Login) Backend adjustments made to invalidate mobile tokens upon an email change, removing any stale data causing agent login issues.
