What are Virtual Tours, Interactive Tours, and Web Links?

Types of Virtual Tours and Links

A virtual tour is defined as a simulation of an existing location.  The simulation is composed of a sequence of videos, still images, or 360-degree images.  Floor maps, narration,
sound effects, or music can be included in the links as well.  URL links are created by an individual or a professional photographer and can be added to the respective tour link
fields within a listing in the BLC.
There are three different types of URL link fields; Branded, Unbranded, and Interactive (3D) links
  1. Branded Tour Links
A Branded tour link can contain company or agent info.  This type of URL link can ONLY be added in the branded tour field and is displayed on the Full Detail and Legacy
                  Agent Full listing sheets.
  1. Unbranded Tour Link
An Unbranded tour link is restricted from including any agent or company info.  This type of URL does not include any embedded links within the tour that lead to the
                 agent/company website.
Unbranded tour links can be entered in both the Branded or Unbranded fields.  These links are displayed on the consumer end of the listing sheet but is okay to display on
the branded listing sheet as well.
Unbranded tour links will appear on listings that are disseminated to 3rd party consumer sites only if that particular website hosts unbranded tours
  1. Interactive (3D) Tour Link
An Interactive tour link is restricted from including agent or company info.  This type of URL does not include any embedded links within the tour that lead to the
agent/company website.   Interactive tour links will appear on listings that are disseminated to 3rd party consumer sites only if that particular website hosts interactive
                 tours.
  1. Web Link
A web link is a dedicated page for the listed property.  The street address is usually included within the URL link.  It can contain company or agent branding and for that reason, it is
not disminated to 3rd party sites through the syndication or displayed on the consumer listing sheets.
