At approximately 1:00 p.m. on February 24, 2025, MIBOR received notification from BrokerBay of a known issue adversely affecting the user experience on BrokerBay's website and Mobile app.
Our vendor is actively working on identifying the cause and implementing a solution.
We have individually replied to each ticket to provide information about the error experienced. We will provide updates as they become available.
We apologize for this inconvenience
Update: At approximately 1:10 p.m. on February 24, 2025, MIBOR received notification from BrokerBay that the root cause was identified, and a priority adjustment was implemented. They are continuing to monitor the situation and confirmed this issue has been completely resolved.
