How do I assign a MasterLock box to a property for showings?

1. Log in to the Showing Configuration page for the associated property within BrokerBay.

2. From the Access Type menu, choose MasterLock.



3. From the Select Lockbox menu, choose the Device ID of the lockbox connected to the property.

 

4. BrokerBay will confirm that the lockbox is available and the ID is valid.



If not, the system will warn you.



There are fields for additional lockbox information, if needed. Once you press save, the lockbox is "assigned" to that property for showings, and BrokerBay's Temporary Access Code for each individual showing agent and time.
