How Do I Sign Up For Downstream IDX Framing Links?

Need framing links to host MIBOR listings on your personal or company website?  Downstream IDX (Internet Data Exchange) offers brokers the ability to send consumers to their
website and search for properties available in our market for sale or lease.  It's easy to register!  Follow the step by step instructions below to get your framing links.

Getting Started:

Navigate to property.mibor.com  Once you're on the landing page, click Sign in or Register at the top right of the screen.

Type your member ID in the username or agent ID field (you must be an active member with a valid member number assigned by the association).  Fill in your first name, last name, and your email address.  The email address must be the same email address on file in your MBOR Central account.  Once you select the register button, a green message will appear to thank you for registering informing you that an email will be sent to you with further instructions.

Once the email is received, a prompt will appear to set a password for your account.  When the password is submitted, you will be redirected to the professional dashboard.

Accessing Your Account:

Hover over your name in the upper right corner and select "Account"

Click on the "Downstream IDX" option on the top left.  Two options are available to Realtors for framing links

Option A: Is a $10/month subscription for individual framing links for a broker member to host on their website.  Any leads that are generated from their listing(s) would be sent to that individual.  This also allows other MIBOR member listings to display on their website per fair sharing guidelines.
Option B: Is a $29.95/ office per month subscription for a head broker over multiple branch offices.  This allows one IDX link that pulls all of the listings from all the branch offices and allows the Managing Broker control of any of the leads that are generated from the office listings.  The Managing Broker can disseminate those leads to any listing agent in their office.  This also allows the other MIBOR member listings to display on their website per fair sharing guidelines.

Page Title for IDX can be changed to my company listings, my listings, my office listings-for browser tab.  This is used for SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
The Website URL should include your website so the vendor can visit the site if you enter a support ticket and forget to add the URL in that ticket.
The Account Management section will display how long you have being paying for service, billing information, and provide the ability to update card information and cancel your  subscription
Note:  Cards are billed 30 days after service use. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can select cancel my subscription and the service will be terminated immediately.

Obtaining Framing Links:

There are use links available that the member can choose from.  Under "My Quick Options", you'll see three standard user case types.  My Residential Listings, All Residential Listings, or My Residential Office Listings.

If the user case is not available, you have the option to build your own search.  While logged in, click on "search" at the top right of the page and select the filters that you'd like to apply.  Select "Saved Search" and provide a search name.  Once that search is created,  you will see the search in the list of use cases.  You can then select "Add Link" to create a customized IDX link.

Note: The links are designed to be an HTML iframe that can be used on your website.  Code snippets will need to be created in an alternate way as Solid Earth does not provide that full service.
