Hover over Listings and select View/Manage My Listings & Transactions

Click on the Pencil icon along the row of the desired listing.  

Click on Edit Listing Details.  

Click on Interior Features on the menu located on the left.  Find the Building Area Source field.  Click on the drop-down caret

and select the appropriate source, then select OK.  Select Save & Continue on the right to update the listing.
