Why Am I seeing a Pop up Next to the "Must Call" Option in My Seller/Contact Manager?
The pop-up box is a reminder that if the brokerage is not enrolled in the Live Concierge subscription, the seller will not be contacted via phone to deny or confirm a showing.
If a list agent wants the seller to be contacted by phone, they will need to speak with their managing broker and request them to enroll the brokerage in the Live Concierge service.
The Managing Broker can click on the "admin" button on the left hand side, select Live concierge, and view the options available in the concierge settings.
