How To: Sign Up for BrokerBay Concierge Service [Must Call]

NOTE: Only Designated Realtors or DR Admins can subscribe to the Live Concierge service on behalf of the brokerage.

1.  Choose Account Settings from your Personal Profile dropdown menu.


2.  Select Live Concierge Service tab from the top navigation menu.


3.  Scroll down and click the blue Setup button.


4. Complete the available setup options, including if you would like Live Concierge services enabled/disabled for all listings within your brokerage by default.  All active listings will be shown at the bottom of the screen at the time you are configuring the service.  Simply toggle the button next to each listing to enable/disable the service for each listing.  To continue, click the blue Continue button.  IMPORTANT: Once Live Concierge service is enabled, listing agents and admins are able to toggle this service on/off directly when configuring each new listing within the platform.

 

5.  Select the desired Start Date for your brokerage then enter the credit card information you wish to use for this service.



6.  Review the billing information based on the number of listings you enabled on the previous page to ensure it is correct.  Click Subscribe.



 7.  View confirmation and your done!  The BrokerBay Live Concierge service is now available for use within your brokerage.
