When a listing agent uses the clone feature or tax auto-fill to create a listing in the BLC, the tax data will be configured into the listing. 

If the County Assessor is unsure of the year built, Courthouse Retrieval System (CRS) will display the Effective Year Built.  It is important to review this information and update the

year built within the listing sheet, as needed. 

How to correct the Year Built:

Access the Edit Listing Details section of the edit screen.  Navigate to the Exterior Features portion of the edit listing details menu. 

Locate the Year Built field and make any necessary corrections.  Select Save Changes at the top right when finished.
