If the listing is pending or it sold within the last 5 days, the listing brokerage will have access to add the buyer or co-buyer agent to the transaction.  Add Transaction Participants

If the listing sold over 5 days ago, the list agent can submit a listing change by using the Listing Change Request Process.  Once they receive the automated email, reply and attach any pertinent documentation (e.g. purchase agreement that includes the buyer and co-buyer agent name and ID).  MIBOR staff will then add the missing agent as a participant.  If the request is coming from the buy side, they can include an email from the list office granting permission to update their listing or use the Listing Change Request Process as well.  What Can MIBOR Staff Change in the Listing Service?
