Transaction History

  1. Access the Transaction Management System (TMS) by clicking on the My Listings/Transactions link or icon on the My BLC Home Page.
  2. Select your transaction by clicking on the listing BLC number.
  3. The History tab automatically tracks all status changes, added participants, uploaded documents, and any additional activities for a given transaction. The History Log is only available to Agents who can then allow their Seller to view it if they so desire by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
