connectBLC Release Updates 01.03.2024

Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC

Significant updates have been made to the Residential Add/Edit workflow, designed to support a logical methodology for listing data entry.
The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better experience for Agents & Clients:

Enhanced Display for Tax Auto Filled Fields

To reduce discrepancy of listing source imported information versus broker provided updates, when adding a listing, tax fields will be grayed out with an edit pencil to record corrections. To unlock the read only field, select the Pencil icon.

After corrections have been made, click Save.

Upon saving, the data in the fields will dynamically update and the fields will become read only again.

Users will receive a warning message if the number of rooms added does not match the number of rooms entered on the previous section when adding/editing a listing.

After the user defines the number of rooms, per level when adding a listing, the following rooms will be automatically suggested: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Laundry Room. In addition, if the number of beds equals 1, then the system will only add one bedroom, as the Primary Bedroom. If the number of beds is greater than 1, then the system will automatically display: Primary Bedroom, Bedroom 2nd, Bedroom 3rd, and so forth.

Fields have been divided into Exterior Features and Interior Features when adding/editing a listing for a Commercial property.

Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC

In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this release include:
• Features tab for RESI Farms and LAND listings have been restructured based on input and Price/Acre works as expected.
• Issue previously affecting the Reset button and map repositioning when adding/editing a listing has been resolved.
