Smart Photo Upload

Smart Photo Upload has been implemented in connectBLC. Through AI-powered, photo recognition, this
feature allows you to automate part of the listing input process. Depending upon the quality of your
photos, it can assign titles and captions and even allow you to autofill some property details like home
style, appliances, interior and exterior features, and more.

To use the Smart Photo Upload feature, select Upload Photos Now from the pop-up within Add/Edit.

You can also access this feature from the Autofill fields using Smart Photo Upload button at the top of
each page for new or existing listings.

Next, upload your listing photos.

When the images are finished uploading, a pop-up will appear that allows you to select or de-select which
listing details you’d like the Smart Upload feature to populate. When ready, click Continue.

After you have reviewed the captions and titles and are ready to save changes made to your listing’s
photos, click Save Changes & Review Features.

Next, review and approve the data found from the photos. To disprove data, simply uncheck the box next
to it. Once complete, click Populate Selected Data

The property details recognized from Smart Photo Upload will now be auto-filled.
