connectBLC Release Updates 01.16.2024
Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC
The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients:
- Basic Listing Page now defaults with the auto-populate message open.
- The default is now “Display ‘GPS Friendly’ as your Directions” when adding directions to a listing,
and the Directions field is suppressed unless “Display ‘GPS Friendly’ as your Directions” is
unchecked.
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this
release include:
- “Web Link Num 2” field moved from Media to Neighborhood tab and renamed to “Association
Website URL”.
- “Primary Bathroom Description” field added beneath “Primary Bedroom Description”.
- When adding a listing with Clone + Tax and conflicting data exists, tax data will prevail.
- Issues previously affecting the ability to edit or undo a change to an assessor filled field has been
resolved.
- Issue previously affecting read-only fields in which a user edits a validation error been resolved.
- “James Whitcomb Riley School 43” has been added to Elementary School table and is appearing
as expected.
- For both New and Active listings, Rooms Total is updating as expected and a warning no longer
incorrectly shows after user corrects the number of rooms.
- Issue previously affecting Parcel Number mismatch for some listings has been resolved.
- Issue previously affecting the mapping of designations from Protech has been resolved.
