connectBLC Release Updates 02.19.2024

Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC

The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients:
      • When adding/editing images for a listing, there is now an “Exclude from Consumer Website when
off-market” option next to the photos.

      • Improvements to summary CMA display filtering when filtering between unselected and selected
         listings.
      • Ability to enter a CMA adjustment that is applied to all selected comps instead of having to
calculate each comp separately is now available.
      • Status displayed in the My Listings/Transactions list, Edit Listing Status, and Add/Edit Listing
Details has been updated to show the long name rather than code (Ex. DRF is now displaying as
Draft) to help provide clarification for users.
      • Issues previously affecting photo spacing and footer placement formatting when printing/saving
a Photo Gallery Report have been resolved

Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC

In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this
release include:

      • The Co-Listing Agent now has the same permissions as the Primary Listing Agent regarding what
they can view in My Transactions.
      • When customizing a CMA Report and editing the “Suggested Price and Net Proceeds” the
default has been changed to “Use average adjusted price of sold comps”.
      • Within the Save Search screen and within CMAs, both the Client and Spouse name are now
          displayed.
      • Duplication for “Manors At Westclay” and “Manors Of Westclay” have been corrected.
      • CMA Improvements: fields displayed for Quick CMA and Statistics Reports adjust to better match
         the property types selected.
      • Issue previously allowing users to bypass verification within Add/Edit when changing Basement
from No to Yes has been resolved.
      • CRAWL option has been removed from the Basement field within Add/Edit and is no longer
available for searching and viewing on reports.
      • The “Basement” item is no longer being displayed on Room Level’s list when “Number of
         Bedrooms Basement” = 0.
      • Adjustment Multiplier in CMA now has similar behavior as Matrix: surplus relative to the Subject
Property is now treated as a negative adjustment to the comp value, and shortfalls relative to the
Subject Property are treated as a positive adjustment.
      • The public listing report displayed when using the Share link now includes the Brokerage or Agent
attribution as required by NAR IDX rules.
      • Issue previously affecting the Office ID when a regional Admin enters a listing for an Agent in a
different office than themselves has been resolved.
