connectBLC Release Updates 02.26.2024

Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better experience for Agents & Clients:

Searching by Proximity is now available for distances as small as 0.1 of a mile (e.g., within 0.1 mile of an address, within 1.5 miles of an address.)



  1. The Proximity field has also been reinstated when adding a Custom Table report. 


  1. Select All within the Change Status box is now working and returning matches as expected.


The ability to search for a minimum number of bedrooms and minimum number of bathrooms per unit within a Residential Income property has been added. 



Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this release include:
  1. When searching by Inventory, listings for which a Co-List Agent &/or Co-Buyer’s Agent are involved are now included within the results. 
  2. The Area field is now sorting the 3-digit values before the 4-digit values as expected.
  3. Search Days Back calendar has been changed to allow for searches dating back to 1998.
  4. Issue previously affecting the roster import process to account for an office changing company type via an import and update the user types for the office and the users accordingly has been fixed, as are existing offices and users that this problem had already occurred with.
  5. For listings entered as Sold Comparables, the Sold Date rule is now bypassed and a check for 30 days past closing date has been installed.
  6. The Pool Y/N field has been renamed to “Private Pool Y/N” to comply with RESO data dictionary standards.
  7. Issue previously affecting the speed of search results for long running listing coordinates has been resolved.
  8. Issue previously causing an error when searching with the Price filter has been resolved.
  9. The Street Suffix field now includes abbreviations when looking up records to clone.
