Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC
The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients:
• When interacting with search results, clicking the Location Pin icon will center the map on the
listing and open a Detail Map card.
• Property search within the first page of the Add/Edit Listing process is now more intuitive.
• A prompt that instructs mobile users to use their MIBOR Member ID as their username when
signing in has been added for clarity.
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this
release include:
• When Contact Seller Directly is selected while adding a listing, an alert is displayed that lets
users know that the direct-soliciting listings will not syndicate nor be included in IDX data
distribution.
• When cloning a listing from tax records:
o The most recent record will automatically be selected, but can be manually changed by
the user to any other available record.
o If no applicable tax records are displayed, the Back button can be used to remove Tax
Records from the cloning options.
o If the tax value differs from what the user manually entered, warnings will be displayed to
bring attention to the inconsistencies between data.
• The “None” option has been removed from the Address field within Add/Edit.
• The Buyer Agency Compensation field now accepts the value “0”.
• Issue previously affecting the ability to edit data for greyed out fields with the Pencil icon has
been resolved.
