Add/Edit: Only One Transaction Type May Be Selected Per Listing
When adding/editing a listing, only one transaction type may be selected per listing.
Add/Edit: Requirements Update Dynamically When a Garage is Entered
When adding/editing a listing for a Residential property, the Garage Y/N field located within the Features section is mandatory. If the property does not have a garage, the correct selection is No, & the related Garage Spaces & Parking Features fields do not require additional input. If the property does have a garage, the correct selection is Yes, & the related Garage Spaces & Parking Features fields have the following requirements:
If the requirements above are not met, the information will need to be added accordingly prior to listing the property. Indication of the error(s) will be available below the Garage Spaces &/or Parking Features field(s) in red text.
Add/Edit: Indication of Thorough Review is Required Prior to Assigning a Listing Number
In order to facilitate data accuracy, an indication that the listing information has been thoroughly reviewed is required before a draft listing can be assigned a listing number.
Add/Edit: Resolution to Issue Regarding Duplicate School Names
Previously, upon adding/editing a listing in which a school name was shared by multiple different districts (e.g., Lincoln Elementary School) an error would display. With this release, the duplicate names have been better linked to their corresponding districts, so upon selecting an entry from the School District field, relevant results will automatically populate as selections within the subsequent School fields. In the example below, “Lincoln Elementary School” is a valid Elementary School field option for multiple school districts.
Add/Edit: Resolution to Issue Regarding Long Field Entry Names Being Cut Off
Previously, upon adding/editing a listing, some field entries with lengthier names would not be
completely displayed due to the width of the menu. This issue has been resolved, & all full entry
names are now visible.
Search: The “School” Field Has Been Replaced with More Specific Options
When conducting a search, School is no longer an available field, but has been replaced with more specific options (e.g., School District, High School, Elementary School, etc.) resulting in more powerful & precise search results.
